What you’ll do
As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, you will help ensure customers receive top‑class service with minimal admin. You will work closely with the team to deliver effective, customer‑focused solutions.
Who you are
* Installing any of our low‑carbon technology in customers’ homes
* Working collaboratively with our wider team to deliver solutions that are right for you and your customers
* Using your knowledge and experience of electrical works to complete installations and deliver outstanding customer service that our customers know and love
* Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre
Requirements
* Have a full UK driving licence with no more than six points
* Have a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent, 18th Edition, Part P/installation qualification and Inspection & Testing qualifications
Desired qualities
* A flexible working approach
* Customer service experience
* EV or solar qualifications would be a plus
