We are working with an award-winning, leading law firm that is highly regarded for its Personal Injury practice and specialist litigation teams. The firm is known for handling complex, multi-jurisdictional claims with technical excellence, commercial awareness and a strong focus on client care.
An opportunity has arisen for a Travel Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and growing Personal Injury team. This role will suit a paralegal with experience in travel-related litigation, though candidates with other relevant Personal Injury litigation experience will also be considered.
The role
You will support fee earners on a varied caseload of litigated travel claims, including matters with international elements, jurisdictional considerations and complex liability issues. The role offers genuine responsibility and the opportunity to build specialist expertise within a well-supported, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities will include reviewing liability and medical evidence, drafting pleadings and correspondence, liaising with clients, insurers and foreign agents, managing court deadlines and procedural requirements, and supporting cases through the litigation process to resolution.
This is a role that rewards strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence working within formal litigation processes.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience as a Paralegal in travel litigation. However, candidates with other relevant Personal Injury litigation experience will also be considered, particularly those with exposure to litigated Employer’s Liability, Occupiers’ Liability or Public Liability claims.
You will be well organised, comfortable managing deadlines, and confident communicating with clients and third parties. A proactive approach and strong written skills are essential.
The firm
The firm offers a collaborative and professional culture, combining high-quality work with genuine support and development. Paralegals are valued as an integral part of the legal team, with clear progression pathways and exposure to complex, interesting cases.
Hybrid working is available, with up to two days working from home per week following an initial settling-in period, during which office-based working will be required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal looking to develop specialist litigation experience within a leading firm.
