What you will do:
* Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
* Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation
* Manage ventilated patients and advanced haemodynamic monitoring equipment
* Administer medications and IV therapies in line with prescriptions and clinical policies
* Respond promptly and effectively to clinical deterioration and emergency situations
Requirements:
* Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) qualification
* Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
* Current ICU competencies
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* Right to Work applicable for Isle of Man placement
Applicants must have proven ICU or Critical Care experience, ideally working at Band 6 level or equivalent, with strong clinical judgement and confidence managing ventilated and high-dependency patients. Experience with invasive monitoring and previous locum or block-booking roles is highly desirable.
