The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑focused Kit Assembly & Fulfilment Technician to join our operations team in Cheadle. The role is based at our Cheadle office and does not accommodate remote working.
This is a key role in delivering high‑quality medical and research kits used in clinical studies and healthcare projects. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a growing company in the life sciences sector, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Assembling medical and research kits to precise specifications
* Picking, packing, and dispatching kits accurately
* Supporting stock control activities, including:
o Stock rotation
o Monitoring inventory levels
o Reporting shortages or discrepancies
o Booking in and organising incoming deliveries
o Maintaining accurate records of kit builds and stock movements
* Ensuring all work meets quality standards and internal procedures
* Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and audit‑ready
* Supporting general operational tasks as the business grows
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Reliable, organised, and able to follow processes consistently
* Comfortable in a hands‑on, operational environment
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Basic IT skills for tracking and record‑keeping
* Experience in kitting, warehousing, logistics, or lab environments
* Exposure to regulated or quality‑driven environments (ISO, GMP, etc.)
