OCM Lead – PLM360 Transformation (Contract)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid (3 days in office a week)
Hours: 8 hours per day - 40 hour week

The OCM Lead for the PLM360 rollout will play a pivotal role in driving one of the organisation’s most significant transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for leading the people side of change across the SGT Business Area, ensuring teams are informed, engaged, and fully prepared to adopt new PLM ways of working.
This high visibility role requires a confident change leader who excels at cross functional collaboration, clear communication, and guiding stakeholders through complex transformation. The OCM Lead will apply structured change methodologies to build awareness, strengthen adoption, and embed new behaviors across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Change Leadership & Execution
* Implements and manages the OCM framework and communication strategy for the SGT Business Area.
* Applies structured OCM methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to ensure consistent and predictable change processes.
* Leads local OCM activities including kickoff sessions, readiness assessments, and change enablement workshops.
* Ensures alignment with broader transformation initiatives and maintains consistent messaging across programs.
* Drives continuous improvement through feedback loops, lessons learned, and methodology enhancements.
Change Network Leadership
* Builds, sustains, and leads a Business Area specific Change Network aligned with the global program.
* Empowers Change Network members and facilitates effective two way communication between program teams and local stakeholders.
* Supports the development of Key Ambassadors into fully engaged Change Agents.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Identifies key stakeholders and evaluates their readiness, concerns, and adoption risks.
* Engages influential leaders as champions to promote awareness and drive advocacy.
* Conducts stakeholder analyses to inform communication and impact assessment activities.
Communication & Engagement
* Tailors the OCM and communication strategy to the specific needs of the SGT Business Area.
* Reviews and validates program level communication plans; develops targeted local communications where needed.
* Ensures messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with related transformation programs.
Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management
* Conducts regular alignment meetings with OCM teams, Training Coordinators, and Cluster leadership.
* Identifies risks early, supports mitigation planning, and maintains the project risk register.
* Defines and monitors OCM KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide improvements.
* Provides regular status updates to Program OCM, Rollout Managers, and Business Leads.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within complex, multistakeholder environments.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex changes into compelling messages.
* Demonstrated ability to build networks, facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance.
* Analytical, structured, and resilient in fastpaced transformation environments.
* Understanding of PLM processes, digital thread concepts, or engineering/manufacturing processes (beneficial).
* High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on user adoption and behavioural change.
