Quantity Surveyor Main ContractorCoulsdon, SurreyUp to £70,000 plus car allowanceOur client is a well-established and forward-thinking main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.The business delivers healthcare and commercial refurbishment and new build projects under JCT and NEC contracts, typically valued between £2m and £10m. The role is office-based in Coulsdon with regular site visits across London and the Home Counties.They are known for their collaborative culture, supportive management style and high standards of delivery.
This is a stable, well-structured environment suited to a Quantity Surveyor who wants long term development within a strong commercial team.Role Summary The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.
