The role involves managing reception duties with professionalism, ensuring the office operates smoothly, and supporting high-profile meetings and events. Additionally, the Team Assistant will oversee office supplies, coordinate mail, facilities maintenance, and assist with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, looking to expand into PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable experience supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses.
