It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers by building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and taking ownership of the customer journey. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from a customer service background, preferably with industry experience, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a dynamic, operational, and service-focused environment.
