Conveyancer | Stratford-upon-Avon | Legal 500 Firm, £35,000 – £55,000

The role
* Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion
* Managing a caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership and transfers of equity
* Supervising and supporting support staff within the conveyancing team
* Maintaining file management standards in line with Lexcel and CQS requirements
* Dealing directly with clients, intermediaries and third parties
* Managing budgets and contributing to internal audits and compliance processes
* Supporting the Head of Conveyancing and contributing to departmental growth
* Actively participating in business development and strengthening local client relationships
* Completing ongoing competency and CQS training

You
* Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified
* At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, AML and CQS Protocol
* Confident, client-focused and commercially aware
* Able to supervise, mentor and work collaboratively with colleagues
* Well organised with strong administration skills
* Experience of Lexcel standards and case management systems is advantageous
* Driving licence and own vehicle required, with flexibility to attend other offices if needed
