About you...
* 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in the fast food/QSR or hospitality industry
* Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams
* Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports
* Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset
* A hunger and drive to grow your business
* Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don’t do overnights!

* Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance
* Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines
