This is a fulltimeposition based in central London not suitable for those wanting torelocate
Some travel around country andcontinent (limited) for school/partnershiptalks/events/presentations
Ability to commute tothe office at least 3x per week (inofficerequired)

Whatthis role is responsible for:
Developing and implementing a strategic plan to sell Crimsonproducts and services in educational institutions and relevantcorporates.
Achieving agreed upon sales targetsand outcomes for school customers and partners.
Identifying and interacting engage potential new customers andpartners in line with the Crimsons goals andstrategies.
Establishing rapport with newpartners via phone email and inperson visits and dropoffs toinitiate sales and partnership discussions.
Presenting promoting and pitching Crimson products and services tocustomers and partners at school talks events career fairscorporate product pitch meetings.
Nurturingpotential customers and partners through:email nurturingdrips;ongoing communication about Crimson activities competitionsevents etc.;Crimson marketing material;Monthly CrimsonNewsletter
Establishing developing andmaintaining positive professional customer and partner interactionsand relationships.
Maintaining records andaccounts of sales made and handling of customer complaints andresolution of these.
Acting as a key point ofcontact for customers and partners maintaining ongoingcommunication addressing any issues or queries and ensuring a highlevel of customer and partner satisfaction throughout and after thesales process
Making follow up visits tocustomers and partners to ensure satisfaction with Crimsonsproducts and services to increase sales through referrals anddirect lead generation.
Monitoring and reportingon the effectiveness of partnerships making recommendations forimprovements as needed.
Continuously improvingsales and business development techniques and enhancing industryknowledge.
BusinessDevelopment & LeadGeneration:
Working with thelocal area marketing and digital team to develop/enhance leadgeneration methods by identifying opportunities for school andpartner campaigns services events and distribution channels thatwill lead to an increase in leads and sales
Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talkscareer expos webinars seminars etc. to increase leads andsales
Sourcing potential markets andorganisations for lead generation/partnerships.
Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback andinformation.
SalesAdministration:
Ensuring thatdata is diligently and accurately managed with Crimsons CRM systemfor all school leads customers and partners.
Ensure of UK/Europes Sales Data Analysis is complete and up to datefor management
Helping training new sales staffwhenever relevant.
Providing feedback andsuggestions on how to improve sales processes.
Producing reports on customer needs problems interests competitiveactivities and potential new products andservices
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Degree (preferably business focused).
Provenexperience in sales within an educationalcontext.
Proven business developmentexperience.
Strong understanding of theeducational landscape and the specific needs and challenges ofeducational institutions.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain strong relationships.
Strategicthinking and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability toidentify opportunities for lead generation andsales.
Ability to travel as needed in the UK andEurope.
