Leading a small team in an operationally focused management position, we are seeking a motivational leader with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair.
Responsibilities
* Execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
* Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
* Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
* Oversee stock and store operations
This role would suit an existing boutique manager or potentially a department/assistant manager looking to step into a managers role.
