Key Responsibilities
We are excited to offer a rare, career-defining opportunity for a Salaried Dentist who is looking to accelerate their clinical development under the guidance of one of our highly experienced Clinical Partners.
This two-year structured salaried programme is designed for dentists who want to build confidence, broaden their skillset, and progress into advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry, without the pressure of a traditional associate role.
The role includes:
* A two-year salaried position, combining hands-on clinical work with structured shadowing and mentorship
* Working across multiple practices within your dedicated Partner’s portfolio to maximise learning exposure
* Full enrolment on the Elevate Dentistry Restorative & Aesthetic Diploma, fully funded by the group
* Direct mentorship from an experienced, award-winning Clinical Partner throughout the programme
