What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as technical lead across multiple projects and clients
* Mentoring and supporting developers through code reviews, pairing and guidance
* Defining and maintaining coding standards, best practices and workflows
* Remaining hands-on with complex builds where needed
* Influencing architecture, tooling, hosting and infrastructure decisions
* Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Supporting the evolution of the agency’s technical capabilities and offerings

* Consistent, high-quality technical delivery across projects

* Successful delivery of more complex bespoke builds
* Clear technical direction aligned with business and client goals
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role
* Strong full-stack development background
* Comfortable working across modern frontend and backend technologies
* (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Node.js)
* Experience mentoring or guiding developers in a commercial environment
* Confidence overseeing hosting environments and dedicated servers
* Solid understanding of Git, pipelines and standard development lifecycles
* Strong communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
* Experience with additional CMS platforms
* Performance optimisation or SEO knowledge
* Exposure to advanced frameworks or cloud-based environments
* You don’t need to be an expert in everything; strong technical judgement, leadership and delivery mindset matter most.
