Nursery Practitioner
Here at Nurse Seekers, we are proud to be working on behalf of one of the UK's largest Childcare providers who are looking to employ a Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for their unique setting based near Wembley, London. For this role, you must have a genuine passion for childcare and will create a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activities
2. Support the Manager in planning and delivering activity programs
3. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents
4. Take on Key Worker responsibilities when required
5. Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working with children aged 3-11 years
2. Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification
3. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents
4. Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed
