The Vacancy RSRT Physical Wellbeing Coordinator Are you an experienced health and wellbeing professional ready to take the next step? Inspire is recruiting for a Physical Wellbeing Coordinator to lead and shape our delivery under the Right Support, Right Time (RSRT) project, a cross-community programme funded by PEACEPLUS and managed by SEUPB. About the Role You'll coordinate and oversee the work of our Physical Wellbeing Coaches, ensuring that physical activity and healthy lifestyle initiatives are meaningful, person-centred, and impactful. You'll also support service users directly, helping them explore their interests, set achievable goals, and build healthy routines that work for them. This is a hands-on role combining coaching, leadership, community partnership, and operational delivery. What we're looking for: A Level 3 (or equivalent) fitness/physical activity qualification Experience leading or supervising others in a health, coaching, or wellbeing setting An inclusive, values-based approach to working with people Excellent organisational and planning skills Confidence working across services and with external partners Why Join Us?
