Role Responsibilities of an Assembly Operative: Assembling windows and related components to company specifications. Using hand and power tools as part of the assembly process. Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling when required. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company policies and health & safety guidelines. What We’re Looking For in an Assembly Operative: Previous experience in window assembly would be an advantage but is not essential. Physically fit with the ability to carry out heavy lifting. Practical skills and confidence using power tools. A quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Benefits of the Assembly Operative Role: £12.21 per hour pay rate.
