I am working for a developer that covers locations such as Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire & Hertfordshire. They currently have an opening for a Sales Negotiator to join them on their stunning development in Bourne.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment history and be able to deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face. To succeed in this role, you should have experience selling off-plan new build properties, either for a developer or an estate agent.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Responding to enquiries made on the website or via external portals.
2. Booking customers to view the development and following up after the appointment.
3. Selling all off-plan units.
4. Conducting on-site viewings and showcasing the development surroundings.
5. Negotiating deals.
6. Closing sales.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping of the development.
8. Keeping communication with customers from reservation to completion.
9. Conducting snagging lists prior to handover.
