Key Responsibilities Manage and update HHDC/DA systems for new and existing appointments Ensure compliance with internal service levels and industry regulations Monitor system performance and respond to data anomalies with corrective actions Respond promptly to supplier and customer queries via email Generate daily and weekly performance and operational reports Analyse data sets to identify and resolve discrepancies Collaborate across departments and with external partners to maintain data quality Deliver a high standard of customer service with commercial awareness What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A customer-centric approach with strong commercial insight Familiarity with industry regulations and data handling standards is advantageous Why Join Energy Assets?
