We pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where staff feel genuinely valued and supported, making it a welcoming place to work.</p><p><b>How you’ll spend your time here:</b> You’ll be helping to provide cover for the children as and when needed. This could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or even vacancy gaps. Sometimes youll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. You’ll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan… That will soon get completely derailed though… Pivoting when the circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in child care!</p><p>Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands‑on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged.
