Are you a resilient, motivated leader with a passion for supporting children and families? We're looking for a Practice Supervisor to join our Early Help management team in Craven and lead a dynamic group of Children & Family Workers.
We promote flexible working, including the ability to work remotely from a variety of bases as well as from home, whatever makes sense and is suitable to provide the best service. Working Pattern: Wednesday (1/2 day), Thursday (full day), Friday (full day)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and support a diverse team of Early Help practitioners.
* Work collaboratively with Practice Supervisors across Craven, Harrogate, Knaresborough, and Ripon to promote a unified "one team" approach.
* Build strong partnerships with Children's Social Care, Youth Justice, Education and Inclusion services, schools, police, health agencies, and community organisations.
* Drive high-quality outcomes through effective performance management and coaching.
* Promote continuous improvement in Signs of Safety, Systemic approaches, and Family Finding/Seeing.
