Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with key staff with our outsourced vendors and internal Elanco delivery teams to ensure timely resolution and efficient escalation of issues
2. Helping establish operational and service management processes across all TechOps Services, refining operational services alongside the ITSM team, as necessary
3. Handling incidents, problems, requests, knowledge and changes related to Identity and Access Management services
4. Ensuring security, privacy and quality practices are embedded in everything we do
5. Collaborating with IT and Business stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
6. Partnering with Product Managers and Architects to provide feedback on their services, and engage in the lifecycle process of service improvement
7. Engaging closely with the Elanco InfoSec team and their vendors to ensure IAM processes comply with InfoSec policies and procedures, and that both teams and respective vendors work collaboratively and efficiently together
8. Attending the weekly CAB to ensure operational perspectives are represented
9. Ensuring that services moving from build to run are ready to be supported, through early engagement in the Delivery Lifecycle
10. Researching and understanding the end user experience, looking for opportunities to improve it
11. Developing communications for various audiences (, senior leaders, end users) reporting on the health of services, and progress on improvement plans
12. Running side projects to help the broader Elanco IT organisation or pursue a passion project
13. Improving the way we do things and looking for opportunities to simplify
14. Managing group management and privileged access requests in a timely manner to ensure business continuity
15. Key understanding of SOx controls ensuring that all policies and practices support a healthy SOx auditable enviroment
16. Supporting the operational manager in key audit activities, on a daily/weekly/quarterly and annual basis
17. Participate in regular onsite visits for audit purposes
18. Involvement in operational J,M,L daily issues such as new joiners questions/movers and leavers
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
19. Experience in technology operations delivery, managing and advancing complex, global environments
20. Understanding of Security Operations and Detect / Respond capabilities
21. Broad experience across Identity, Access Management, Group Management, MFA and SSO and encryption services
22. Good knowledge of SOx and GxP audit and compliance requirements
23. Experience with Entra (AAD), Azure Cloud and Cloud Entitlement Mgmt., AD and all associated JML processes
24. Experience working with outsourced partners to deliver IT services
25. Demonstrated influence and communication skills across all levels of IT and third parties
26. Demonstrated strength in facilitation skills
27. Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions
28. Strong organizational and communications skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas in a manner that resulted in a definitive direction and result
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
30. Able to create an environment that is transparent, collaborative and respectful
