Your Impact
As Supply Chain Manager, you'll take full ownership of our Skipton site's supply chain operations-from planning and materials replenishment to customer service and warehouse efficiency. You'll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we deliver on time, every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute a robust, site-wide production plan aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end planning, RCCP, and demand forecasting to support CAPEX and budgeting
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency
Own the S&OP process and ensure seamless communication across site functions
Champion continuous improvement and lean practices to reduce waste and boost performance
Manage artwork change and NPI processes to meet regulatory and customer needs
Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Deep understanding of ERP systems and MRP planning
Knowledge of warehousing operations
Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
Ideally, a degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain or related field (or relevant work experience)
