Job Title: Hire Controller
Location: Ipswich
Working Hours: 07:15 - 17:00 (42 hours per week)
Based in the depot, the Hire Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as you will coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you'll work desk-based, collaborating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure equipment availability and minimal delays.

* Previous experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
