Overview
An excellent job opportunity has arisen within the Digital / eHealth Dept. of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in the support of the eHealth/Digital Services within the Board, which comprises the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre & Conference Hotel.
You will be part of the IT Service Desk and Customer Support Team and provide 1st & 2nd Line Support resource, addressing customer problems and logging incidents and requests through the Service Desk application. Carrying out routine support tasks in line with Departmental standards and procedures, you will join a team of dedicated support professionals who take pride in the standard of service they provide to their customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st & 2nd Line IT support for eHealth/Digital Services, logging incidents and requests through the Service Desk application.
* Carry out routine support tasks in line with departmental standards and procedures.
* Work as part of the IT Service Desk and Customer Support Team to maintain service quality.
Qualifications
* Educated in a related computing subject or demonstrate relevant experience in field-based support.
* Extensive knowledge of supporting the Microsoft product range including cloud-based products.
* Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a larger team.
