We are looking for compassionate, reliable and professional Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant you will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities and build meaningful relationships with clients to promote independence and wellbeing.

Main duties and responsibilities
* Provide safe, respectful and compassionate personal care to clients in their own homes, following agreed care plans
* Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, continence care and mobility assistance
* Assist with medication administration where trained and permitted, and follow medication procedures
* Prepare and support mealtimes, and assist with dietary needs and hydration
* Support clients to maintain independence, dignity and social inclusion
* Observe, report and record changes in client wellbeing, completing accurate notes and records in line with company policy
* Follow health and safety guidance, infection control procedures and safeguarding protocols at all times
* Work collaboratively with the care team, relatives and healthcare professionals to deliver joined-up care
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training and induction will be provided
* Compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach to care
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow care plans and complete accurate records
* Willingness to undertake training and gain relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE/NVQ/Adult Care Level 2 or 3)
* Right to work in the UK
* Able to travel to client homes; a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential
* Enhanced DBS check (we can support with application if required)
