Job Description
3. Assist in the preparation and submission of high quality bid proposals.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
5. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
6. Develop and maintain a library of standardised bid responses and templates.
7. Conduct thorough research to tailor bids to client needs and expectations.
8. Proofread and edit bid materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
9. Support the wider marketing & agency team with ad hoc tasks where required.
10. Provide administrative support to the bid management process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Bid Writer should have:
11. Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
12. Experience or a keen interest in the transport & distribution industry.
13. The ability to work collaboratively within a marketing & agency team.
14. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
15. A proactive attitude and a passion for producing high-quality work.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
