JOB SUMMARY

To provide 1st Line helpdesk support to the UK user-base, and to assist regional IT staff located in international sites.

KEY DUTIES

* Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
* Basic diagnostic testing
* Answering calls and logging tickets
* PC configuration
* Asset management
* Hardware and Software Auditing

HOURS OF WORK

Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency.

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent written and oral skills
* User Administration (Microsoft Active Directory)
* Office365 Administration
* Email Filtering administration
* PCI experience
