Compensation Analyst – EMEA

We are looking for a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Maidenhead.
In this role, you will support the EMEA region by managing compensation programs, analysing trends, and collaborating with various client groups to ensure competitive compensation strategies.
What You’ll Do:
* Analyse and Communicate Compensation Programs: Manage key areas such as salary administration, job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation survey administration.
* Collaborate with EMEA Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA to review employee compensation, including base salaries, target compensation, and job evaluations.
* Coordinate Global Surveys: Oversee the administration, data collection, and submission process for participation in global compensation surveys.
* Present Key Insights: Assist in preparing impactful presentations that showcase compensation trends and provide actionable insights for the business.
* HRIS and Excel Management: Utilize tools such as Workday (or similar HR systems) and advanced Excel techniques (lookups, data analysis) to manage and analyze compensation data.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience in a medium to large organization, with exposure to EMEA compensation analysis and administration. Knowledge of EMEA benefits administration is a bonus!
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to apply analytical thinking to various compensation tasks, such as survey analysis, year-end processes, market pricing, and management recommendations.
* Language Skills: Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel, including lookups and handling multiple data sources, and familiarity with Workday (or similar HRIS) systems.
