Are you an experienced clinician looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, we are looking for a new Clinical Lead to support the district nursing team in the Cambridge East Locality.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Lead you will work autonomously, taking responsibility for care, quality and clinical activity within our Community Nursing Teams by providing clinicians within these teams advanced, professional nursing leadership and guidance, clinical advice and input in relation to the key dimensions of health care quality. You will clinically lead and support the team to recognise, prioritise and respond appropriately, ensuring the delivery of a clinically effective service which meets the needs of individuals, families and communities in line with local and national development plans, Trust policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Attributes
The ideal candidate will be an RGN Level 1, educated to degree level or with equivalent experience and a post‑registration qualification relevant to community practice. The candidate should have a strong team‑work ethic, sense of accountability, and an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to registered nurses with the right attributes to enhance a team.
