About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin’s is a unique role that combines your love for food and cooking with creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate with a talented team to prepare a wide range of foods across our buffet venues. You will work alongside a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure excellent quality and presentation of dishes, adhering to recipe specifications, brand standards, and Food Safety Management System compliance.
Joining Butlin’s includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, providing opportunities to develop your skills in a fun, educational environment and advance your culinary career.
About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within a fast-paced and exciting brand. Experience at a similar level is essential. Leadership experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to ensure smooth operation of our buffet venues during various guest break periods.
REQUIRED: LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY
We support your career growth by helping you achieve Level 2/Level 3 Professional Cookery qualifications through our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy.
