Female Complex Care Assistant
Location: Reading
Hourly Pay: £19.02–£21.48
Shifts: Night Shift | Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays | 20:00–06:00
At Libertatem, as a Female Complex Care Assistant, you’ll make a genuine impact on people’s lives—supporting clients with complex needs and enabling them to live life their way. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that provides all the training and development you need to thrive in this rewarding role.
Your Role
You will support our client with all aspects of daily care, including:
* Personal care
* Daily tasks and activities
Experience in the following is required:
* Tracheostomy care
* Ventilation support
* Cough assist
* Gastrostomy care
* Medication administration
* Oral suctioning
* Seizure management (Epilepsy & Rescue Medications)

Depending on client needs, you may work independently or as part of a team. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your client and their family before starting.
