Join a community that cares about you! More about your role We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Officer to join our dynamic and developing Property Sales team. In this role, you will deliver a full sales administration service for the Property Sales function, ensuring an excellent experience for all customers and stakeholders. Knowledge of statutory sales to tenant options, lease extensions and resale processes is desirable. A key part of your responsibilities will be managing all sales and resales in line with legislative requirements, individual leases and transfers, and internal service level agreements. You will liaise with existing customers, proposed buyers, solicitors, estate agents, and internal business areas across Places for People. You will tailor your approach to reflect individual customer needs, ensuring the delivery of consistently excellent customer service. More about you You will work as part of the Property Sales Team, engaging directly with customers to provide a personalised, high-quality service while taking ownership of a variety of transactions. The role involves effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders. You will also be responsible for upholding our Customer Promises by consistently delivering excellent service to both new and existing customers. Experience working in property sales environment, or a university graduate within the legal sector would be advantageous. We require someone who can display strong attention to detail, is quick to learn and enjoys variety in their work. We will also require you to effectively manage multiple priorities As this role requires you to work with a diverse range of people; we need you to have excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering excellent customer service. We need you to have a calm and competent telephone manner and the ability to demonstrate written skills in a professional manner.
