Sales Manager
The Opportunity:
If you have sold a high-end home improvement product to architects, designers, or developers, want to represent a quality British product, and are self-motivated, driven, and sales-focused, then this Southern Sales Manager role might be just for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and managing relationships with B2B customers throughout southern England, including designers, architects, and contractors, as well as presenting to their end clients.
2. Working closely with customers and their clients to understand needs, deliver tailored product recommendations, and ensure exceptional service at every project stage.
3. Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements:
1. Ideally residing in the South East and willing to travel extensively throughout Southern England.
2. Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the swimming pool or spa industry, or other home improvement sectors.
3. Experience selling into the architect, installer, or property design and development markets is preferable.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Confident communicator with a positive, proactive mindset, excellent IT skills, and the ability to self-manage time and priorities.
6. Professionalism and discretion when working with high-net-worth individuals and public figures.
