Field Service Engineer - Midlands Region (Homebased)

My client, a growing manufacturer, is looking to strengthen their Field Service Engineer team across their business. Role Description
* Working face-to-face with our client network, providing support, training, and advice on supplied equipment.
* Involvement in the design, construction, and implementation of training.
* Deliver and install instruments at customer sites, including system integration and client training.
* Respond to technical support calls, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
* Support the sales team in demonstrations and related activities.
* Participate in testing new software and hardware.
Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
* Experience working remotely and as part of a team.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
* Experience in clinical laboratory practices is an advantage.
* Full clean UK driving license.
