Job Description:
A high profile, leading brand from within the Agency market is looking for a Paid Social – Account Director to work with one of their largest clients, a leading consumer brand.
Joining the wider account and paid team you will be involved in leading and executing the annual client strategy, working closely with a number of stakeholders, offering advice and strategic direction as well as managing a significant spend within this channel.
The Role:
1. Take a lead in developing an annual strategic plan for your client, with best allocation of budget.
2. Measure and plan using data and insight.
3. Deliver on client KPIs and metrics and make sure all work is done on time and within budget.
4. Develop briefs and challenge in a productive way, making sure “paid social” is an integral part of the overall client strategy.
5. Lead and manage a small team, mentoring with clear goals and training.
The Candidate:
1. A paid social expert with extensive experience ideally Agency side.
2. Excellent knowledge of Social Media, with a creative flair and strategic approach.
3. Experience of delivering results based on set KPIs and budgets.
4. Knowledge of social API platforms.
5. Great team player with experience managing a team.
