Our client highly values each and every person; their passion, commitment, uniqueness and contribution to shaping the future success of their business.The Product and Sales Systems Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the data and system integrity of the Product and Campaign setup information in the front end systems (eg FAMOS, CPS, eMaster, Digital Online Solutions etc) and back office systems (CFS). The role is also responsible for the provision of product analysis and product governance for the brandWhat awaits you?Responsible for Sales and Commission systems creation and maintenance, which includesNew Car Quarterly campaigns, and standard package products and changes in FAMOS, CPS, Velocity and eMaster.Management of Product and Sales Systems Inbox and 1st response fielding of queries and tasks from internal stakeholders and regional sales teamsCreation and maintenance of Retailer/Partner rates and terms documents as well as managing the communication and distribution to relevant internal stakeholders.Perform product and sales systems user acceptance testing as required and in support of business projects such as Symphonia implementation.Support preparation of process and control documentation.Deputise for Lead Product and Sales Systems Analyst in meetings and in the governance and analysis of product utlisation.Ownership of the Consumer Duty Target Market Fair Value (TMFV) customer exceptions reporting and ensuring customers are on the correct product from a regulatory perspective.Proactively lead the collaboration with sales teams and internal teams (e.g., Sales Support and Internal Sales) to ensure product and sales systems are maintained within required timescales.What should you bring along?A proven track record operating in a motor financing / leasing environment is desirableExperience in a role which demonstrates the individual can make difficult decisions within a limited time frame incorporating financial and commercial informationAbility to communicate across teams and hierarchies.Competence and confidence in working with IT Systems (FAMOS, CPS, SEAL etc.)Data manipulation and modelling skillsGood knowledge of pricing and modelling techniques and approaches.Analytical and conceptual thinking skillsCompetent with Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work effectively in a time pressured environment and prioritise own workloadInfluencing, persuading and relationship management skills to build working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and with external key stakeholdersStrong understanding of commercial, legal, regulatory, and accounting framework around motor finance and leasingIndividual & team orientated experienceHow will we support you:The business core values are integral to their corporate culture and guide their actions and decisions.
