Role Overview
HERTFORDSHIRE COMMUNITY NHS TRUST (HCT) offers training for the role of Student Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor). The full‑time course starts on 7 September 2026 at the University of Hertfordshire.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Hold a nursing or midwifery qualification with current NMC registration.
* Be a qualified nurse/midwife with a minimum of 6 months experience (level 7).
* Have a full valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
Training & Support
HCT has an excellent reputation for training public health nurses. Graduates receive a supportive preceptorship programme for one year post‑qualification.
