Duties
* Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual displays to optimise product presentation.
* Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and product knowledge.
* Maintain administrative records, including staff schedules, sales reports, and inventory management.
* Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and motivation techniques.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
* Proficient in management with demonstrated supervising experience.
* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
