ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious Lawyer qualified in the UK, who is looking for a varied role that will offer a broad range of experience with firms across financial services. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ post qualification experience and a deep working knowledge of the vertical specialisms across investment management (private markets) including:
* Private Equity Funds
* Venture Capital Funds;
* Hedge Funds;
* Infrastructure Funds;
* Real Estate Funds;
* Private Credit Funds;
* Regulation; and
* Structuring.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the team to undertake varied legal work (i.e. contracts, advice, policies etc.) across each specialism of investment management.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Undergraduate degree at 2:1 or higher;
* PGDL and SQE if the undergraduate degree was not in law;
* Current SRA practising certificate;
* At least 6 years’ legal post qualification work experience;
* Independent, resourceful, and confident with great problem-solving skills;
* Adept at building relationships internally and externally;
* Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management, staff and clients located in different jurisdictions;
* Proactive, able to take the initiative and anticipate the firm’s and client’s needs;
* Ability to work effectively with a range of personality types and seniority levels;
* Highly motivated self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results;
* Ability to jump in and support the team when/where needed;
* Lead and be one step ahead, constantly thinking about what needs to be done next to improve efficiency for the team and our clients;
* Ability to work in an environment requiring attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in an environment where an ambition to provide 48 hour response forms part of the client deliverables;
* Ability to work autonomously where required, meet deadlines and handle queries from inside and outside the firm.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Full Time role with office hours 08:30-18:30
* Willingness to commute to our offices in London as this is an in-office role with flexible working policy; and
* A Mac laptop as we operate a BYO (Apple device) policy to allow for maximum agility.
LOCATION
This is an in-office full time role based in London Bridge.
