We specialise in pre-paid digital and physical gift cards, offering smart, hassle-free solutions for retailers, corporate clients and consumers. We also manage CadburyGiftsDirect.co.uk, bringing chocolate lovers the perfect brand of choice treats for any occasion. We operate from our Main site near Ripon, but we also have sites in Leeds City Centre and Wetherby which are available as a base. Who are we looking for? We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, curious, and energetic person to be the driving force behind our outbound B2B sales efforts. If you love connecting with people, starting conversations, uncovering opportunities and turning them into revenue - this is the role for you. You’ll take a proactive approach to engaging with prospects, managing the sales process, and delivering a standout customer experience from first contact to signed contract. We’re all about creativity, resilience, and a team spirit - so if you’re ready to pick up the phone, dive into the CRM whilst learning the foundations of consultative selling and B2B strategy, we want to hear from you! What does the role involve? This is a high-energy, high-impact role focused on outbound lead generation and new business development. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our brand and value proposition, identifying needs, delivering tailored product pitches and converting interest into revenue. You’ll research prospects, craft compelling outreach, and build meaningful engagement through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and product demos to proposal delivery and deal closure. What skills do you need? You should be a proven, proficient commnuicator in multi channel outreach, who can manage the pipleine, and follow through independently, with experience of securing accounts upto £250k.
