Systems Engineer Diss, Norfolk | Hybrid Working Up to £65,000 Benefits An established engineering business based in Diss is looking to appoint a Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced electronic, instrumentation and sensing products used within demanding, high-performance engineering environments. This is a hands-on engineering role offering the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with electronics, software and test teams to deliver robust and reliable technical solutions. Responsibilities * Define and manage system requirements * Support system architecture and product development activities * Integrate hardware and software systems * Plan and execute testing and validation activities * Investigate and resolve technical issues through structured root cause analysis * Support verification and validation programmes * Work closely with electronics, software and test engineers * Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements * Support product releases and continuous improvement initiatives About You Applications are welcomed from engineers with experience in one or more of the following areas: * Systems Engineering * Electrical & Electronic Integration * Controls Engineering * Electronics Development * Vehicle Systems * Product Validation * Software Integration * Diagnostics & Fault Finding Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: * CAN, LIN or other communication networks * Requirements management * Verification & Validation * Hardware / Software Integration * Root Cause Analysis * Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence or other complex engineering sectors What's on Offer * Salary up to £65,000 * Hybrid working * Exposure to advanced electronic and instrumentation products * Broad engineering role with genuine technical ownership * Opportunity to work across hardware, software and systems * Stable and growing engineering environment * Based in Diss, Norfolk If you're an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working across multiple engineering disciplines, we'd be interested in hearing from you
