Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a leading legal firm to appoint a Head of Facilities. This role will deliver a client-focused, cost-effective facilities management strategy and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will ensure all sites operate efficiently, safely, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team to provide an exceptional service environment for both clients and employees.
Responsibilities
* Lead the facilities team across multiple sites
* Oversee property, space, and office management
* Manage contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements
* Oversee security, records management, and business support services
* Provide reports and updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
* Senior facilities management experience within a multi-site environment
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Proven ability to manage budgets and projects effectively
* Experience working with health and safety requirements
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
