What You Will Be Doing
* Winning new business across Northern Ireland and Great Britain
* Growing and developing existing customer relationships
* Planning and leading customer visits aligned to sales targets
* Representing the business at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
* Using market data and insights to support commercial decisions
* Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline management
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver for customers
What We Are Looking For
* 2+ years experience in sales or business development
* Proven experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential
* Confident communicator who can build credibility quickly
* Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
* Strong organisation and ability to manage your own pipeline
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
