Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Special School) Band E - Full time Hayfield School is a primary special school, specialising in meeting the needs of pupils who have moderate learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties. The School & Governing body are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is committed to maintaining high standards across the school site. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a range of settings with children who can display a range of complex behaviour. The candidate will have a patient and empathetic nature, have a good understanding/experience of the specific special needs of our pupils and be dedicated to bringing out the best for the children and class with which they will be working.
