We're seeking a talented individual to join our close-knit team in Sheffield, focusing on placing accountancy professionals across Yorkshire's thriving public practice sector. About Us We are a specialist recruitment consultancy with deep-rooted relationships across Yorkshire's accountancy firms. Our boutique approach allows us to provide a genuinely consultative service to both clients and candidates, building lasting partnerships rather than just making placements. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the public practice accountancy sector. You'll work with established client relationships while developing new business opportunities across Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. This includes business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing the placement process from start to finish.
