We are looking for a Regional Electrical QS to join the Technical Team at Thermatic Technical FM.
As a Thermatic Regional Electrical QS, you will be a member of the Compliance team, which aims to deliver compliant technical services to our customers with high standards and efficiency, while maintaining cost effectiveness. Your role involves ensuring adherence to electrical practices and processes across your team of engineers, with a focus on quality and compliance in daily operations.

Hours & Location: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Based at our Head Office in Salford, Manchester.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
* Knowledge and experience in electrical design, construction, maintenance, verification, and testing procedures
* Understanding of applicable Building Regulations and Standards
* Ability to coach and support your team to deliver excellent service and identify improvements
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained and addressed promptly when not met
* Conducting toolbox talks, providing NICEIC and technical updates to engineers
* Participating in compliance meetings to review performance and operations
* Completing checks and audits via EasyCert to ensure safety and compliance
* Collaborating with operations to ensure timely completion of actions
* Supporting engineers and maintaining safety standards, including risk assessments and training
* Regular toolbox talks to communicate compliance updates
* Reporting to the Head of Technical Services
* Accountability to the TTFM Compliance Team and relevant client contracts
* Managing work standards for engineers within the specified region
* Holding essential electrical qualification skills
* Leadership and development skills, with vocational or supervisory training
