Our client, a leading tube, pipe, and fittings supplier in Pontypridd, is seeking a motivated and organised Website Internal Sales Executive to join their busy and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on handling enquiries, managing customer interactions, and supporting account managers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage website enquiries and orders
* Engage with customers to assess their requirements
* Pass key information to account managers to support new business opportunities.
* Conduct credit checks and manage account setup processes.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activity.
* Help manage the backlog of enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Requirements:
* Previous internal sales experience, preferably within industrial supply, metals, or related sectors.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to work collaboratively with account managers and the wider team.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and driven to deliver results.
* 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday / 1 in every 7 Saturdays 08:00-11:00
* Salary up to £30,000 depending on level of experience
* Monthly commission
* Opportunity to grow within a well‑established company.
* 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown – Option to buy additional 3 days
