* Lead the development and improvement of the Works Management System
* Ensure systems are well designed and fit for purpose
* Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, including user readiness and training
* Manage system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data is accurate and secure
* Work with operational teams to understand requirements and deliver practical system solutions
* Deliver clear reporting and reliable data to support performance and decision making
* Improve how data is used to drive efficiency and better outcomes
* Reduce manual effort, duplication, and workarounds through better system use
