Home Visiting Paramedic – Primary Care

Days and times: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:00 (or similar)

Contract length: Ongoing Opportunity
We are working with a well-established Primary Care service in South London who are looking for an experienced Home Visiting Paramedic to join their team on an ongoing basis.
The Role:
* Conducting home visits to assess, diagnose, and manage patients within the community
* Managing acute and on-the-day presentations
* Creating and implementing care plans
* Referring appropriately to secondary care and community services
* Accurate clinical documentation using EMIS Web
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
* Primary Care experience essential
* EMIS Web experience essential
* Must be a confident driver with access to a vehicle
* Strong autonomous working skills and sound clinical decision-making
